I’m a Licensed Associate Marriage & Family Therapist and I’ve been in the mental health field for 17 years – following my passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges, find healing, and create meaningful change. I bring curiosity, compassion, and a sense of humor to my work, helping clients feel at ease while exploring what matters most. When I’m not in session, you can usually find me solving puzzles, getting lost in a good book, exploring new adventures, traveling with my family, playing with my mini Goldendoodle, or volunteering in my community. I bring this same curiosity, playfulness, and sense of purpose into therapy—helping clients explore their lives, uncover patterns, and find practical ways to move forward.
